What we check before a camping-stove shipment
A practical look at product function, finish, packing and carton checks before an order is released.
Start with the confirmed sample
The approved sample and order specification form the inspection reference. Model, finish, accessories, labels and packing details are checked against the buyer’s confirmed requirements before individual units are reviewed.
Any approved production change should already be recorded. This avoids comparing the shipment against an early sample that no longer represents the final order.
Check function, stability and finish
Selected units are assembled and operated according to their intended use. For a portable stove, the review covers control movement, ignition direction where applicable, pot-support stability and the fit of connected components.
Surface finish, edges, fasteners and visible marks are checked under consistent lighting. Findings are documented with clear photos so the buyer can understand both the issue and its location.
Confirm retail packing and cartons
The inspection also verifies item quantity, included accessories, instruction material, barcode position and inner-box condition. Master-carton dimensions, markings and packing quantity are compared with the confirmed shipping information.
The final report records what was checked, the result and any action required before release. Shipment approval remains tied to the buyer’s agreed inspection standard.
