Follow the points that can drift
Color, printed artwork, hardware finish and packing layout are common areas where small changes can create visible differences. These points are reviewed at agreed stages instead of waiting until the complete order is packed.
Progress photos are used to confirm direction, while measurements or physical samples are requested when a photo cannot provide reliable evidence.
Keep changes traceable
When a change is required, the updated requirement and approval are recorded before production continues. This creates a clear decision trail and reduces the risk of different teams following different versions.
Before shipment, the final inspection returns to the latest confirmed specification and packing information.
